1. Product Availability
 

What can I do if an item is unavailable?
If a desired item or a specific size is not available at DI SCIASCIO®, you can contact us directly at any time. Upon request, we will check whether the item can be reproduced, sourced from another store, or pre-ordered for you.
 

2. Production & Origin
 

Where are DI SCIASCIO® products made?
DI SCIASCIO products are crafted from exceptionally high-quality materials and meet the highest design and quality standards. Most DI SCIASCIO products are made in Italy. Exceptions include watches, which are generally manufactured in Switzerland; perfumes produced in France and the UK; cosmetics from EU countries; and eyewear made in Japan.

In keeping with our mission to promote responsible purchasing, we tirelessly search for more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to develop products that have a lower environmental impact while still meeting our high standards of workmanship and quality.
 

3. Genuineness & Authenticity
 

How do I know my product is genuine?
All products purchased through DI SCIASCIO.CO or in official DI SCIASCIO® boutiques are guaranteed genuine.
"Made in Italy" is not just a seal of origin for us, but an expression of a centuries-old culture, artisanal excellence, and unparalleled creativity.
 

If you encounter counterfeits or suspicious websites, please report them to us at counterfeit@disciascio.co.
 

4. Payment Methods
 

Which payment methods are accepted?
 

We accept:

PayPal*
Bank Transfer
Klarna
(*PayPal payments are restricted in selected countries.)
 

Please note: Your billing address must match the details stored for your payment method. If your payment is declined, contact your bank or financial institution.
 

5. Orders & Cancellations
 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately. We will endeavor to accommodate change or cancellation requests. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, you have access to our return policy.
 

6. Customs & Taxes
 

How do customs duties and taxes affect your order?
Orders between €151 and €1,500: €150 import tax.
Orders over €1,500: An import broker is required; taxes and duties are determined by local authorities.
Please also check with your local customs authorities.
 

7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.
Changes to the delivery address are not possible after shipment.
Address changes are not permitted for PayPal payments after the order has been placed.
 

8. Returns & Exchanges
 

What are the return policies?
Returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags intact.
Personalized items, custom-sized decor, and opened beauty products are excluded.
Returns are only possible through the original purchase channel (e.g., online shop or store).
 

FAQ  & Terms and Conditions – DI SCIASCIO® Restaurants
 

1. Reservations
 

Do I have to pay a deposit for a reservation?
Yes, reservations for a certain number of people or more require a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of the restaurant visit.

 

  • In the event of a no-show or a significant reduction in the number of guests, we reserve the right to charge the deposit as a cancellation fee.


2. Private Dining & Group Reservations
 

Do you offer exclusive rooms or private dining?
Yes. We can provide private rooms, tailor-made menus, and exclusive wine pairings upon request. Please contact our restaurant management for customized offers.
 

3. Cancellation Policy
 

Can I cancel my reservation?
Free cancellation is possible at any time before the reservation is used. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation and receipt of the prepayment. A refund of the prepayment is excluded, regardless of a subsequent cancellation or failure to use the reservation.
 

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
 

Does the kitchen cater to special dietary requirements?
Our chefs place the highest priority on individuality. Please inform us of any intolerances or dietary requirements when making your reservation.
 

5. Dress Code
 

Is there a dress code?
Yes – elegant evening attire is welcome, but not required, in our restaurants. However, we ask that you avoid casual attire and beachwear.
 

6. Payment Methods in Restaurants
 

We accept the same payment methods as in our online shop:
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash at select restaurants.
